In case you’re wondering, Neutz is pronounced “newts” – like the amphibians! We started out flipping houses, but once friends and family began requesting us for hire, we started remodeling for clients. In 2020 we built our first custom new construction home from the ground up and rebranded to Neutz Custom Homes.

Our home is in fact divided. Robby graduated from the University of Louisville with a marketing degree, and Lauren graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in marketing and management. Both passionate for business and entrepreneurship, we wanted to start a business that fulfilled our individual interests. Robby prefers to work with his hands and doing something different every day, while Lauren enjoys being creative with colors, patterns, and layouts. We agreed that in real estate we would both be able to utilize our specific skills and achieve personal fulfillment.

Serving in the Marine Corps from 2007-2012, Robby’s habits of structure and attention to detail are evident in his general contracting profession. Construction involves the coordination of numerous activities and his management and leadership skills facilitate an effective project flow.

Whether it’s the plating of food, apparel, interior design, or an advertisement – Lauren loves to make things aesthetically pleasing. Determined to become an expert in real estate, she received her real estate license and also works as an agent with Kentucky Select Properties. Despite our collegiate differences, we absolutely love our business and professions! Outside of work, we enjoy cooking, entertaining, traveling, and spending time with our family.
